I wish to control the TV and mini-stereo in my garage but the manufacturers for my equipment aren't listed in the Cinema 6 user's manual. I've written [email protected] but have yet to hear back. I've got a Daewoo mini-stereo (model: AMI 308) and a Prima 13" TV (model: XT-13F9).

Obvious question, but have you tried the search method? You might want to try both the receiver device key and the CD device key for the mini-stereo.

Regarding contacting support, you'll get much better service over the phone than by email. The normal response time for answering an email is several weeks.
