Does anyone make a remote that supports
the VM 3800 cable box? I *think* VM=Viewmaster.
Or....
Is there a remote that you can program/learn all
of the keys for a device, as opposed to just
a couple of keys.

You could try getting a universal and seeing if any of the codes match, or you could get a learning remote such as the SOny VL900 and learn them all.
