Hi there!
Can anybody give me the method to put these two models of sony TV into service mode and a detail of parameters in the sevice mode ....

This isn't really a One For All specific request. The steps have been posted in the Home Theater forum on this site, but generally the commands are:
(with power off)
[DISPLAY]
[5]
[VOL+]
[POWER ON]
If that doesn't work, omit VOL+. Since you already know about the service menu I will assume you already know about the cautions you should observe while in there. You can really mess up your TV if you don't know what you're doing.
