I have a URC-8550 Topline 8 OFA remote control and I try to upgrade it for my new sonu TV, I try the 4 files for sony TVs and now all my other device not work properly, buton are mixed up. what can i do for reset all the upgrade and recoming on the original setting???

I believe the Topline 8 works in much the same way as the American Producer 8 remote, so there should be a "Clear All" function under the "Configure" menu, that should probably do what you need.

This action clear all the andvance code but not the upgrade made on ofa web site. but my remote is full, and i try the action for return to factory default on your web site but the code 972 or 961 is not work. I loking for this code. thank you!!!

I've sent an email to UEIC to see if there's a different access code for the URC-8550. Are you sure you followed the instructions correctly? First you have to set the TV device to either 972 or 961, then next time you bring up the "Configure" menu, the last option should be "Service Menu".

Have you tried calling the European helpline number for One For All?
