Hello
I don't known if my problem is the same as this thread :
[Link: remotecentral.com]
Because I am using a xsight plus, I prefer to create a new one...
I can not update the content of my RC, I would like to add a new activity. After I successfuly connect to ez-rc site, the uploading of RC content to website seems to be ok (green system tray, pop up when reading).
But the web page shows an empty configuration (0 devices, activities button is gery) nevertheless my RC works fine, I am using 9 devices and 5 activities so I would like to update without starting from scratch. The configuration on web site is also empty.
So from now, I can not change anythink.
None pertinent answer from one for all support, except to use IE 9 or 10 with compatibilty mode..I have also tried several configurations and tips including from this thread
[Link: remotecentral.com]
..without any success.
My feeling it that the XSight plus is no more supported by last sw (conduit.exe)
so I don't want to take the risk to start from scratch, and finally get a RC unusable. Hope my english is intelligible !?
Thanks for your help.

An alpha version of RMIR can read from and write to Xsight remotes.  It probably would make sense to install RMIR, and save the current configuration of your Touch.  Then, even if you prefer to try to use EZ-RC (as opposed to modifying in RMIR), you'll have the possibility of restoring the Touch to it's current configuration.
