Hi all!

As a long time user of a OFA 9960, I just changed
my TV for a Samsung LED.

It is a C6300 series.

Does anyone know the code for this model TV?

I tried 0702 which works partially. Menu selection changes the
channels instead lolll.

Halp!

:)

9960 remotes come in two versions: 9960 and 9960B01. The B01 model has a newer setup code 0812 which should be better.

In any case, it's possible to add EFCs to do all of the functions on the TV. But let's start by trying 0812. If the remote won't accept 0812, then it is an older 9960.

Thank you for your input 3FG, unfortunaley, it is the earlier version as 0812 gives one long blip instead of two...

You can add some of the following to setup code 0712, using the 994 command.  See keymoves in you manual (page 20 I believe).  Use the 3 digit EFC.  The third column is the ordiinary function number, included for reference. The manual is here.

Wow, thanks for the info!

This is like poping the hood and seeing the engine turn :)

I will try this on the weekend, will report back my findings, if any!

Regards.

PS: You wrote 0712, I assume you meant 0702 or should I actually
set up 0712?
