Hello All,

I just got an ARRX18G and can't get the Hello activity to work with my newly installed system. It doesn't bode too well if I can't even get everything to turn on (via Hello). Here's my system:
Samsung Plasma TV - PN50A760T1FXZA
Onkyo - HT-R680
Motorola STB (Verizon) - QIP6416/2006
LG BD370 Blu-ray

I set up the Hello and tried to test (I only set it up turn on the Onkyo and STB, I wasn't able to select the TV). The only thing it turned on was the Onkyo. The STB just sat there, much like the TV, not that I was expecting them to dance around or anything.

The funny thing is, if I just use the remote to turn on the devices one at a time, it works fine. To include the TV and STB. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Better late than never???

Did you try longer delay between the steps? Did the assit function also allow you to access the right power ON commands?

Just to be sure, make sure to really test out the individual device setups to make sure they are the right codes. For me, the first one that powered on the TV didn't let the other things work as expected...(didn't have discrete on/off).

Best of Luck!
Scott
