www.hifi-remote.com/forums/viewforum.php. There are lots of knowledgeable contributors there. If you include the list of components you have (brand and model number), someone may prepare a WAV file for you. Learning how to do it yourself isn't too hard either.
Depending on the set of component you have, some non-upgradeable universals would also work, but most don't support discrete functions.
