Try the EFCs below. You can assign a function to a button (except device buttons and the Setup buton) by selecting the device mode that 1864 is asssigned to (probably TV), and
1) Press Setup until 2 blinks
2) Enter 994 (2 blinks)
3) Press Setup briefly
4) Enter the 5 digit EFC
5) Press the button to be assigned to.
The remote should blink twice. Also see the
9XX Commands instructions. Note that the RCRP05B volume punchthrough works differently than the manufacturers instruction; see a few posts into the above link.
Some UEI remotes indicate the device type with a prefix digit on setup codes. 0 = cable , 1=TV. So those remote denote TV 1864 as 11864.
