My remote is a Radio Shack 15-100 (I guess made by UEI).

Without that code, my system is only 9/10ths complete.

I've called Pioneer and they are no help.

Any assistance will be GREATLY appreciated!!!!

Sorry, the 15-100 is too old to have a setup code for the BDP-120. The UEI codes that work are Video 0142 and 2442, and these are available in the RCA RCRP05B ($20 at Walgreens and Best Buy) and the OneForAll URC-8820N and 10820N.

0142 is also available in the now discontinued Radio Shack 15-133, 134, and 135.
