I have lost my original remote. Just ordered a urc 8820. Is this have a code for my Samsung PRL-3100 ATSC tuner?
Tried all Philips universal remotes sold at wallies but they only turn power on off. I am looking for one that could navigate through the guide using arrows etc.
Any pointers?

Don't know about this particular model, but the Samsung DTB-H260F ATSC tuner uses the Samsung36 protocol. If the 8820 you ordered is the 8820N and not the older 8820B00, then the setup code Video 0199 may work.
