There are six learning keys - is that 6 per component?
How does this remote rate???
I have heard that Radio Shack has a similar remote for $30 but they don't have any in stock (anywhere).

Six learning buttons per device X 8 devices for a total of 48 learning keys. Just a little bit of memory left over after that for remapping or macros.
Radio Shack used to make a RF remote for six devices. I do not think it was a learning remote though. Saw one last week in a Radio Shack South Jersey.
Smarthome.com sells a device you can attach(velcro) to your existing remote to convert it to RF. Range is pretty dismal though.
