I have a Radio shack 15-135 7 in 1 hd remote. I programmed it with code 10154 for my Sanyo DP 37649 tv. I can pull up the menu but cannot move the cursor.Any help greatly appreciated.

You can learn the arrow keys from the original remote. If you don't have the original remote, the EFC's (advanced codes) for the arrows are probably:
UP 00038
DOWN 00042
LEFT 00250
RIGHT 00246

HERE's how to program them. The Setup button on that page is the P button on the 135.

Still didn't work. The cursor works with my Direct tv menu and moves channels also. it just wont move on the Sanyo tv menu. Any more help would be greatly appreciated. I also do not have the original remote.

So you tried all the above EFCs and none of them worked? To test one, just tap P then the 5 digit code. I don't know of any more codes if those didn't work.

orrbmx, just to make sure it's bad codes vs. user error, could you outline the steps that you followed to test the EFCs that Dave posted.
Rob.
