Hi,
I am fighting with this remote from Christmas, first device had problem with enter (ok) button and now with a new device I have the following problem:

I set up all my devices, but every time I click the bottom part of the remote (number pad etc.) Kameleon starts flashing with top indicator for 2-3 seconds after pressing any button.

It means you must wait 2-3 seconds for every action! so it is not possible to increase volume by holding the volume button or you must wait 2-3 seconds before you can press next button...

After screensaver everythings gets ok, until I press bottom part of the remote again.

Any experiences?
Thanks Peter

Have you tried replacing the batteries with fresh batteries?

No but I have new batteries, it is about functionality, not batteries.

Everything works fine, until I press something in the bottom (second) area of remote. Then I must wait 2-3 seconds until top indicator stops flashing after every press of volume, +/- buttons, etc etc...

?????????????????????????????

Rob tends to be correct about this sort of thing and it also sounds to me like a battery problem. I don't want to go into a long description of why bad batteries can cause all those symptoms, just trust us.

Even if you think the batteries you started with are new, try with different batteries that you are sure are good.

If Rob was wrong in his first estimate of the problem cause, and you try his suggestion and give some further details of the behavior, I expect he will find the correct answer soon. But first, you should assume the expert is correct and try his first suggestion.

I assume the lack of a follow up means that it really was the batteries.
