I don't know if URC-6131 supports advanced codes,
I always forget those details per model. I thought I remembered that it needed 00 in front of the three digit EFC number. But I searched a few threads and they seem to indicate ordinary three digit EFC numbers (without the leading 00) work on the 6131.
I think the difference is between the two is that the
"power" and "prev" buttons don't work with TV/0178,
I would have thought we were using the same file from Rob to do that comparison. But what I saw in that file is TV/0030, 0056 and 0178 all match for Prev and Power. And there are several functions (listed in my earlier post) for which TV/0178 matches that Vizio file, where 0030 and 0056 don't.
To add "INPUT" to TV/VID key for example:
Those instructions look correct so far as I know.
If the above works, try the others I found in the
upgrade
file for your TVThat's the VX32L file I was looking at. I would also guess that matches the VX37L asked about in this thread, but you never knopw until you try.
