I am looking for the code for the akai tv im using a URC-6131nw the code inthe manual(0030) does not work and either does searching for the code PLEASE HELP

If you did a code search, and no hits, then there isn't a code.

There are several upgrades posted in the JP1 group for Akai TVs.
The only one with a CT model number is the Akai CT-2107. That upgrade matches UEI's setup code TV/0371, which is not included in the 6131.
The upgrade for Akai CFT-3090 matches UEI setup code TV/0672, again not included in the 6131.
Call OneForAll customer support. They can authorize you to mail your 6131 in to have a few setup codes added (your only cost is one way mailing and the phone call). They probably have a better idea than we do about which setup code is right for each Akai model. In the unlikely event that they don't know which is the right code, you should make sure they include the two I mentioned above plus whatever else they think are good guesses.
