The Kameleon URC-6960 and URC-6962 are both available in Canada for $40.99 and $69.99 respectively. Can anyone tell me what the functional difference is in these two mocels?

They are the exact same remote. The 6961 is the model sold in Canada. The only difference is that the manual is in english and french.
