My son has a Radio Shack 4 in one remote (Stars and stripes possibly 15-2126 model). He recently acquired an Apex tv model PF2425. I have had some luck with input code numbers 0156 and 0767 but the tv/video button (as well as others) won't work using either of these codes. Is there a another code I can try or will he need a new remote? Thanks for your help.

Yes, try the 15-2142, use the same code 0156. For the input command you'll need to map a advanced code 00116 to a key. Like so:
1.press TV
2. press and hold P for two binks
3. enter 9-9-4
4. tap P for one blink
5. enter 0-0-1-1-6
6. pick a key
