I just bought a Samsung VCR/DVD combo (against my will, but my VCR broke and you can't find just VCRs these days, only combo units)... it's a Samsub DVD-V8600.

I tried all the Samsung VCR codes and then all the Samsung DVD codes... can't even so much as power it on or off.

Anyone know the secret number, if there is one, or the advanced codes for this thing?
