I`m hoping that you all can give me a hand getting started using this thing (URC-6962 All for one). I have glanced through the instruction book and found the thing to be as clear as mud! Just to give you an idea how stupid I feel, I pressed the PIP button and it disappeared from the pad completely. I don`t have PIP on my TV , so it shouldn`t matter. But I hve noticed that in in the back of the book, there are a huge number of codes listed for virtually everything I own and I`m really afraid to start pushing buttons for fear that I will not see them again such as the PIP issue, or worse I won`t be able to get it back to its` default position. Before I toss the thing into the lake, I hope there is someone with patience that can guide me thru this maze. The package says its` easy to use...

I assumed that the information as to what my equipment is , was shown in my profile...I guess not.
