It certainly appears that someone is a little disgruntled by OFA's customer support or by jp1. There have been many posts by a user calling themself OFASUPPORT, and they all seem to be suggesting the same thing to me: the user seems to be either (1)trying to make OFA's actual support department look like a bunch of jerks, or (2) make the support available here and in the jp1 group look inferior and difficult to obtain.
Either way, users looking for help should know that it is easy to find here, and if you decide to go a little further with your remote and want to get into jp1, it opens up avenues that even the real OFA support won't get into; possibilities for your remote that make a $15.00 remote into a remote with the functionality of a $150.00 (or more) remote.
