I have a new Kameleon 9960 commander.

When i try to learn, following the instructions, in step 2 (Press IR LRN Key....) appear a two bottom IR segments display one long flash and can't select a key destination for learn. The display stays equal, and can't continue (only other PROGRAMMER FUNCTION like DEV SET or SEARCH and HOME)

SETUP (3 Seconds) + IR LRN => Appear a two bottom IR segments display one long flash and can't select a key destination for learn

It happens to me the same when attempt to erase a learn key.

SETUP (3 Seconds) + IR DEL => Appear a two bottom IR segments display one long flash and can't select a key destination for learn

I do it well ?

Thank you

Try the instructions as follows:

1) Press and hold SETUP Key
2) Press IR LRN Key
3) Press a Device key (TV, VCR, DVD, etc...) where you want to learn the command
4) Press the actual key where you want to learn the command. The display goes off and you can now press the original remote's button (do this before screen comes back on).
5) Press Home twice to exit programming.

To test, press device key selected in step 3 above, then press the key selected in step 4 to test the learned command.

If this works, repeat for other keys you want to learn.
