Is there a way to make a functional power button for the theater mode? I tried to use keymover, ir learning from TV remote, nothing worked. Any workaround? Thanks

I think the 8910 is one of the models in which the power button in theater mode is hopeless (can't be made to send any signals).
With a JP1 cable, you can install extra firmware called an "extender" that can completely redefine what the theater button does, including getting you into a home theater like mode but with the power key doing whatever you want it to.
