Hi, I have the URC-9911 with RF Link. The RF Link works great for all my devices except my new digital cable box (Scientific Atlanta Explorer 3200)
For what ever reason the cable box doesn't respond well to the RF link. It will respond to the 9911 remote directly, but not the RF link.
I've even held the RF link directly in front of the cable box and it still no difference. I does work however if I either hold the button on the remote for a long period of time, or repeatedly press the button a few dozen times.
Has anyone else experienced this problem?
Does the RF Link produce the IR signal differently then the remote?
Any suggestions how I might fix this? (I do have JP1 link cable, if your solution involves ones)
