Finally figured out how to get the Kameleon URC9960 to work with the Dishnetwork 811. As several other posts have noted, the Dish receiver must be set to channel 1 for the remote and the Kameleon setup code for satellite/cable should be 0775. To do this:
1. Press the system info button on the front of hte remote. Record the Remote address.
2. On the UHF Pro RF remote, press and hold the "SAT" button until all the device buttons flash.
3. Press number 1, followed by the pound (#) key.
4. Press the Record button.
5. Verify the system info screen now lists the remote address as #1. If not, press the record button again.
Configure the 9960 for satellite device code 0775, and you're set. I believe this will work for virtually all Dish network later model receivers and most, if not all, OFA remotes.
