Hi,
I'm trying to get my 15-1994 to work with my replaytv 5040.
I have tried using codes 0614 and 0616 on AUX1 and CD and TV/DBS.
I have also tried this with IR.
It doesn't even seem to know what those device codes are.

Are they supposed to work on this remote?

The VCR/0614 and VCR/0616 codes are not present in the 15-1994.


Reading between the lines, it sounds like you're a JP1 user. If this is the case, you should download the upgrade for ReplayTV and add it to the 15-1994 yourself. If you don't know how to use JP1 (which sounds like it's the case), you might want to post your JP1 questions in the JP1 forum.


Who's "it"? If you mean IR.exe, how can you tell whether it "knows" the code or not?

Yes, I've been using jp1 since the days we had to make our own cables :) I forgot the step about downloading the replaytv upgrade. I knew I had read this somewhere but I didn't know what I was looking for.
Now I know.
