I need to find a remote code for an AKAI plasma television, Model # PSP4294 that will work on a One For All URC-6012 remote. Barring that, if anyone has code that will work all of the functions for the Dish Network RF remote (used for the PVR units), that would work too. Thanks in advance.

Thanks! That worked better than the AKAI code listed by One For All but it still won't let me use the up/down keys or the +/- keys to navigate through the menus. If you have an AKAI, which code ar you using?

If you have found a setup code that partially works, you can fill in the blanks using advanced codes, which you can look up on my site.

I assume we're talking about TV/0060

The up, down, left and right commands in TV/0060 are duplicate of the CH and VOL keys (EFC number 119, 117, 059 and 186). Those match the EFC numbers on Rob's site.

Many TV's reuse CH and VOL as menu navigation, but this Akai apparently doesn't.

In the Akai PDP-4294 upgrade here

The up, down, left and right keys are EFC numbers 197, 201, 200 and 199, even though the CH and VOL keys match TV/0060. So those seem to be your best bet. (I can't find those listed on Rob's page for TV/0060).
