I'm pretty sure the 15-2138 supports learning... have you tried that?
One more thought... Logitech uses a lot of RF. Are the speakers RF or IR controlled?

this was the exact question i came here to find an answer to. i have the 8in1 oneforall remote and am trying to get it to work with my logitech z680s.
i tried the code search feature but after about 10 minutes of searching, i put the remote down for few seconds and it reverted back to my other receiver's setting. i guess i'll try searching again.
i tried the oneforall website, but it doesnt appear to exist anymore.

What Mark was trying to say is, you need to determine if your device is IR or RF controlled before you should even try getting the 15-2138 to control it.
First off, does the Logitech remote have an IR window on the top end of it? Can you use the remote from another room and it still works? If you can, it's an RF remote.
If you determine that it's an IR remote, the other thing that Mark was trying to point out is that the 15-2138 is a learning remote, so have you tried simply learning the signals from the Logitech remote?

I also have a Z-680 and the remote is definitely IR. I was able to get my older Radio Shack (OFA) remote to learn the essentials from it.
