I have taken it upon myself on the behest of Wayne Harropson to provide a more comprehensive version of the manual by One For All. The version on their web site is missing the key mover and sleep functions, which are present in other OFA remote manuals. Also, the original manual did not contain a Table of Contents or bookmarks to make referencing easier. I have added all this and posted the new "official" manual here: [Link: ampersand.hypermart.net]

I am kind of conflicted about doing all this since the original manual is a copyrighted piece of work. No matter how badly written it is (and boy is it ever!) I am technically not supposed to be doing this. Therefore, I have not made any changes to the wording (except to fix spelling errors). All of the crazy terms like "scrambled keypad" are left intact.

The upside to all this is that you can now reference the precise section in the manual in a hyperlink. For example, to give someone instructions on how the macro sequence works, you could reference: [Link: ampersand.hypermart.net]

The pop up ad is due to my hypermart account. I CERTAINLY did not want to insert an ad in this document! I would feel more comfortable if someone would volunteer web space for this manual on a non-ad generating website. I do not plan to make any further revisions/corrections to this document. It is what it is, warts and all.

Gerald,

Great work!

In my opinion HAG ought to be the ones to:

- pay you for your trouble
- provide free web space to post it.
- give you a percentage of their profits for everytime their customer service email gets a compliment about how "good" the on-line manual was.

Keep up the outstanding work!

Dave
