Hi, For those european out there, I just want to point out that the One for all customer support really does a great job. I called them on the phone yesterday with no less than 20 different codes to ask for. The guy spent more than half an hour on the phone with me, explaining all kinds of tricks (like how to erase only one device codes, or only one single code, how to affect 2 functions to the same key, etc...)
This really is a model of technical support service.
So if you've got problems, don't hesitate to contact them (phone number is in the poor user manual).
I'll try to post here the tricks I learned yesterday about the Topline 8 (similar to URC8800) remote.
