Can someone please test the key mover sequence as described in the FAQ and see if it works.

Would have been helpful if you could have pointed us to the 'section number' of what you wanted us to test. Had a quick look, couldn't find it and left.

Well, it sure wasn't too hard to use the 'Find' function in my browser to get to the 'key mover' section in the FAQ...

Anyway: I tried out the key mover functions on my OFA BigEasy HT (URC-5600), which ought to be called the 'Cinema 5'. It's a five device version of the C6 and C7, but no learning function (I've tried, just in case that was yet another undocumented feature).

Moving (copying) keys within the same device code works fine with my non-learner. That's the [device][magic]**994**[source key][target key]** sequence shown in the FAQ.

But when I tried to move a key between different device codes using the [target device][magic]**994**[source device][source key][target key]** sequence, it failed.

When I tried moving a key using the old key mover sequence as shown in an older version of the FAQ, which is [magic]**994**[source device][source key][target device][target key]**, it worked fine. I think this is Cico's notation for key moving between devices, which seems more logical to me.

Gerard, are you sure the new sequence you have in the FAQ works on the C6-C7 learners? I will try to see if there's enough memory left on my C7 to check this, but I've got a lot to do before a ski trip starting Saturday and I might not get to this for a week. Try to have some fun without me!
