I'm looking for advanced codes to operate my Sony 777 ES receiver. The standard 0158 sony code works for the basics, but I need a way to control the sound fields. Ideally, I want a code that will cycle throught the available sound fields. Any advice? I could program individual sound field codes via the learning feature, but I can't find a command to cycle through them.

Do a search in the Main Universal Remotes forum. It just so happens that I was just reading that someone had programmed their remote - Cinema 6 or 7 - for the Sony soundfields on their 935 and then used the up and down buttons to scroll through the fields, except for the ADP and 2 Channel fields, which also have separate buttons on the receiver.

Apparently you only have to "learn" one soundfield and then do the scrolling.

I wish I could remember where the response was, but it's there.
