The Philips Magnavox REM400 6-device universal remote is also a UEIC remote, and has their large library of preprogrammed devices. It has nice backlighting, support for DSS devices, a well-built slender design. The device codes are equal to UEIC codes + 0029 (a thin attempt at disguising the remotes origin). It lacks the JP1 connector and it is not as easy to add as on a Cinema 7. It has 3 dedicated learning keys and 3 dedicated macro keys, but as with most other UEIC remotes, these can be done on non-dedicated keys as well. The documentation is available online at:

Unfortunately this remote lacks ReplayTV and Tivo support and is not upgradeable without extra effort (which I have yet to do.)
I recommend this remote for users looking for a large library of preprogrammed devices, in a nice looking, well-laid out remote, with backlighting and learning capability, in the $25 price range.
