I just purchased an 8810w (same as 8811). The box displays a graphic of a backlit keyboard. There is a button for same on the unit. And the instructions advise that this as an on/off button for this feature. However, my keys are NOT backlit after several presses of this key (even in the dark). Am I doing something wrong, or is my unit defective?
