Anyone familiar with the Pioneer DVD DV-355 - what device code will control all the features.

VCR device 571 gives a few of the basic ones, but are jumbled (ie. stop will play, pause will FF, etc), so I can remap these. But even using the EFC table I can't find a code for Power, Menu, Arrows, Zoom, etc...
I have a URC-4300.

While I'm here, does anyone have the EFC table for a TV 126 (for my Panasonic Teletext functions)?

Or know how to get to the programming functions on a Panasonic VCR (device 162). The EFC doesn't have codes for tape speed (SP/LP/EP) or Program/Change, so I'm guessing it needs a different device number?

Thanks...

The information for VCR/0162 is available at
[Link: hifi-remote.com]

That includes the fact that some of the commands require EFCs based on VCR/0454.

Many VCRs that use this command set have a few functions that aren't in either 162 or 454 and those need either JP1 or learned signals.

For the 0454 functions, you can change the setup code to 0454, then define key moves for the functions you want, then change the setup back to 0162 and the key moves you defined remain connected to 0454.

The original remote number for the DVD is VXX-2800.

And I've had some progress with the OneForAll support...
I don't know much about JP1 (although my remote is upgradeable, it doesn't have the 6 pins for a JP1 cable, and I can't find a design for installing the pins that matches my remote PC board), so this may be old knowledge. But the DVD codes 571 and 525 have a 1-byte and 2-byte format. My remote needs the old 1-byte format (1997), which the Australian support can't provide anymore. The 2-byte download they gave me came across all jumbled.

But the Holland support can download the old 1-byte format, and they phoned me at home and downloaded it.
Now both 525 and 571 control my DVD. (I found a couple of EFCs not on the table: 154=Zoom and 010=PlayMode).
The programming codes for VCR 454 work (thanks).
And apart from running out of key mapping memory I'm set.
