Had a Kamelion for just over 30 days and it has been workig fine. Got up this morn. and picked it up and the screen started flashing. I cannot get to operate any equip.
The screen flashes about once a second, shows every item available on all screens and the IR send light flashes twice, screen goes blank, then lights up again with all "buttons" from all screens flashing.
Any fix other than returning it to the Shack?
( while typing this I just noticed it is flashing faster, about twice a second and the send indicator is no longer flashing twice)

Your remote is fine. Your batteries however are weak. They need to be replaced. My second set of batteries are on their way out and I am considering NiMH rechargables.

Thanks Scooby, problem fixed. Looks like this would have surely made it into the troubleshooting section of the manual.
On just about any other battery operated device I've seen low batteries just mean it stops working. This thing seemed to have plenty of battery power left, what with all the flashing.

The Kameleon sucks up alot of juice to keep that big screen lit up, which is one of the reasons why it goes off so quickly.

Yeah, looks like the batteries will last about a month.
I saw a post here (I think) about cutting the wire to the motion switch. Anyone tried this?
