We have Infrared remote extenders to control TV/Tuner/CD/DVD/VCR & Tivo from several rooms in the house. We need a second Tivo and hve bought a Hughes. Where can I find the codes and can the 15-1994 be made to control this Tivo?

Without resorting to JP1(hacking), no. If you were to get its replacement, the 15-2104, it has the code for the Hughes tivo.
