Anybody know if there are advanced codes for the picture mode button on the Wega FS10 series factory remotes? Even better would be discrete codes for the 4 modes. (Movie, Sports, Standard, Vivid) I did find the advanced code list for Sony 0000 on www.starbase314.com, but those aren't listed. I searched here, too. No luck :(

Do a sequential search of all the 3 digit codes between 000 and 255 on device 0000. There are several functions for Sony TVs NOT listed at Starbase314.

I'd do it, but without a wega I can't know if it would call you modes up.

Press setup followed by each three digit number, and see what it does to your TV. WRITE IT DOWN if it does anything.

David, thanks for your reply. I tried a few of the codes from the Starbase list. Turns out the one labeled ASC (515) is the one I need. Didn't find a discrete for each mode, but oh well.

Have any idea what the device code would be for an RCA/Proscan VCR setup to respond as VCR2 on the original remote? I tried a code search, no luck.
