Hi.
I would like to know if it's possible on the URC-9800 to learn on any keys or if only the L1 to L6 keys can be used for learning ?

As far as I know the only keys that can learn are the 1-6L keys and they can't be used in macro or macro2. There are severe limitations on the programability of this unit.
Take the time to read some of the other posts in this forum on the 9800. A lot of your questions are already adressed. You can really learn a lot by reading what everyone else has posted.
Good luck. BTW I own a 9800 also.
