Hello everybody,
great forum, very helpfull so far.
My problem:
Just bought the 8910 to operate:
-Philco TV (code 0054 works fine)
-RCA VCR (code 0060 works fine)
-Apex AD-5131 DVD (code 0672 works somehow, have to try the advanced codes for that; code 0030 set up as TV or DVD did not work at all)
-Kenwood VR-606 (code 1313, 1569 and 1570 are working the basic functions, but no advanced codes found)
I tried 0314 and 0313 with resulting error message ('not found').
Are you guys aware of any 'quick fixes' (without getting involved in JP1 programming)?
Would an RCA remote be more effective (don't like the little cursor on the 8910)?
Could I use my old remote (URC-4063) for Kenwood and Apex (works fine for TV and VCR)?
Thanks for the help in advance,
Mike

The URC-8910 has a combo code version of 0313 and 0314, called 1313.
