I have an OFA remote control URC-8017 (I think it's like a Theatre 7 with no learning fonction). I can't find the code for my White Westinghouse DVD. I tried all the code (4 digits) in the instruction manual and (Find a code). Can you help me please (or do I have to change my remote)

I don't think the guys at UEI (who program the One For All remotes) have a code for the White Westinghouse DVD player yet, so if you would be willing to part with your 8017 and your WW remote for a little while, they would probably be happy to create a new code for it and add it to your 8017 for you.

The extra good news is that in order to add an upgrade to the 8017, they will have to solder in an EEPROM chip which will make the remote JP1 compatible should you decide to go that route in the future.
