I just got the RS-2116 so I could have a decent remote for the bedroom components that would also double to transfer advanced codes to my MX-500.
Problem is, the RS-2116 doesn't appear to accept advanced codes like the RS-2104, which works with the advanced codes but is horrible for viewing at night. If it does accept them, does anyone know the trick? Thanks.

Thanks, Edmund. I can't believe the message (that you referred me to) didn't come up when I did a forum search on RS-2116. I may have mistyped it. Anyway...thanks again!
