There's an 800 number in the manual for the Kameleon to call for help in inputting special devices, but I've tried at least 30 times and just get a busy signal. Has anyone ever gotten through to that number?
I have a problem with the Lexicon MC-1 in which the signals seem to be being received by the unit but they don't operate the unit. I tried using the "learn" mode and that gives me the same problem. I was hoping for help from the Kameleon people but I can't seem to get through. Any secret way to reach them???

I can confirm that they do exisit and are very helpful. I finally got through to them today. It took about 2.5hrs of trying though. I needed to get a code update for my Onkyo DVD S-525 and Denon D-G1. Onkyo was fixed --big goose egg on the Denon.

What do you mean by big goose egg on the Denon? Did they offer you the option of sending in the original remote for capture and creating a new code? Or did they just say you were out of luck?
