I incorrectly mapped this key to the Aux key and now it will not accept my DVD code. I have tried using code 980 to reset the remote, but it still won't accept the previously working DVD code. If anyone has any suggestions on how to fix the remote I would appreciate it. Thanks

Try remapping it back to the DVD device. Just press the DVD/LD device button twice in the remapping sequence instead of DVD/LD then AUX. You may have to try it more than once. I did the same thing, except with a different device. Eventually I got it back, though.
