Can anyone out there tell me the steps required to enter advanced codes 398, or 341 into the Producer8 (URC-8800)? Appreciate it! Please don't reference me back to OFA since I've experienced nothing but problems with their support personnel!
Thanks,

try this
KEY MAGIC
This feature allows you to duplicate functions from your original remote by programming the advanced code for that function onto a key on the remote. (You can order the Advanced Function Codes for your equipment on this site.) This feature will NOT work on keys that already have more than one function on them that are accessed using the SHIFT key
1.Find the 3-digit advanced code for the original function of your remote. 2.HOLD DOWN the MAGIC button until the screen reads TIMED SEQ. 3.TAP the MENU DOWN (-) button twice, the screen will read CONFIGURE. 4.TAP the SELECT button, the screen will read THEATR SEL. 5.TAP the MENU DOWN (-) button five times, the screen will read KEY MOVER. 6.TAP the SELECT button, the screen will read FROM. 7.TAP the DEVICE button where you wish to take the function FROM. 8.TAP the MAGIC button and release 9.ENTER the 3-digit Advanced Code for the function on your original remote. 10.TAP the DEVICE button where you want to move TO. 11.TAP the button you want to move the function TO, the screen will go back to the main display.
Now the button you selected will operate the function you desired.
note : replace the magic key with the setup key.
