I have all Panasonic/Technics stuff, (If you care, 32" TV w/PIP, VCR, DD-ready Receiver, DD+DTS decoder, and 5-disc DVD player)

I am of course in need of a do-it-all remote and don't want to shell out for the new breeds of $250+++ remotes. I'm NEEDING to stay under $100. (Or around there).

What I want- I need a to be able to access the menu of my TV and have the cursor control for it.

I need to be able to do all the DVD goodies- play/stop/skip/pause, but also access the menu functions.

I need to be able to change volume and mute as well as change funcitons on the amp.

That's about it.

Any suggestions?!?
