Ok guys,

I've been pulling my hair out trying to find out what the device code is for the Adcom GSA-700 (It's an integrated amplifier that converts a regular stereo receiver into a home theater system.) It has different codes than the Adcom tuner/pre-amps.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm running out of memory so I don't want to learn all the buttons.

Franklin, I have the ancestor to your unit, the GSP 560. It works on CD code 0577, but I had to have my remote upgraded at the One For All factory to get that code added.

Nowadays, with the jp1 interface, I do my own upgrades, and you can, too.

On second thought, I'm pretty sure that code 0577 won't work on your unit, because it includes no commands for selecting input.

Do you still have the original remote? You can probably use the learning function to get all the commands into the 1994.

On third thought: duh! I just re-read your message (the part about running out of learning memory). I think your only option is to use the jp1 interface to upgrade the remote
