Hello,
I want one remote that can controll my lights, fans, tv, and audio equipment, what do you recommend.

Consider the Radio Shack 15-1994 with X-10 compatible "plug & power" modules, and an IR-543 IR-to-x10 relay. See the Remote Central X10 forum for more information. The 15-1995 adds even more to the mix because it's an RF remote also.
