To those of you who have built boxes to reprogram the Radio Shack 15-1994, are there any advantages to using either "Dan's original box" or "Tommy's box"? Thanks for any advice. Here's what I'm talking about: [Link: hifi-remote.com]

Unless you are likely to be doing alot of hacking, leaving you remote hooked up for days at a time, I would suggest that you go with Tommy's "Micro" design, it shuld be alot easier to build and require alot less parts.
