I've decided to build a jp1 box and program my remote to accept Sherwood device code 0502. Since I also own a URC 5650 I know this is the correct code. Once this code is inserted will the remote then accept all the advanced codes? I received these codes from OFA when I purchased the 5650. In addition does anyone know the device and advanced codes for a Sherwood Cass. D-500 and Sherwood CD-500? Device code 0426 works some of the basic functions on the CD, but will not turn the unit on/off. I found two device codes which may work the cass. once programmed with the jp1 (0337&0439) but no advanced codes.

These kind of questions should really be asked over in the JP1 list, but the answer is pretty much "yes" to all the questions.
